visit of our class at Progroup Radio

Radio is a broadcaster media which transfer the
information from voice to electronic wave through radio channel,
who are taking English for broadcasting visited Pronews Fm (90.00 Fm) and Warna
fm (91.6 fm) radio in order to do field study. it deliver the information through audio.
Tuesday November 6, 2012 student broadcasting concentration English Department
State Polytechnic of Padang went to Pro-group radio to do study field that
located in Belanti Raya Street, Lolong Ulak Karang, Padang. Visit accompanied
by two lecturer of broadcasting radio Sentot Nugroho and Wahyudi Maswar and
also two lecturers of English Department Yalmiadi and Sabriandi. It is a
beginning idea in creating a television, which is a development of radio
itself. Radio has some functions; it can be a learning media, an entertainment
media, and a promotion media. . In the Pro-group Radio we was
met mr.Ainzain the owner of Pro-group Radio. During the visit the student and
Ainzein discussion about Pro-group Radio and the programs that there are in
Pro-group Radio. He was said Radio becomes an entertainment
media when the radio entertains their listener through music program. Radio
becomes a promotion as well, because radio is a broadcaster media it can be
listening by everyone. So, the possibility to promote a product or something
can be listening frequently. And then mr. Ainzein explain that Pro-group Radio is an private
Broadcasting that special in Radio Broadcast, Entertainment and Event
Organizer. Pro-group Radio was born in 2005 that have vision and mission to be
the best and professional in broadcasting and also to be a participant in
educate and entertain the society from the ON AIR programs and Of AIR programs
that creative, quality and favorite listeners.
and Progroup also one private broadcasting (LPS) commercially
has news entertainment format that broadcast the news and information continuous in a news, radio talk
and interview, and report.
Pro-group radio consist of two radio that is Pro-news FM and Warna FM.
Pro News radio is in 90 frequency modulation and Warna radio in 91.9 frequency modulation. Pronews program oriented to
news which combine with entertainment (Newstaiment). Pronews FM has a tagline
“The Smart News Radio”. While program of Warna FM oriented to young adult,
Warna FM has a tagline “Good Music Good People”. Aim said, tagline present the
radio itself. Aim also told about RRI program, which is public oriented a
little bit. Mr. aim also explained about
