Broadcast and translation
First
of all, I want tell my experience about broadcast and translation. Honestly, I
didn’t know what is broadcast and translation before? My experience is when I
see some people make a documenter about my school, I just know it like make a
movie but it’s different. Then, what the translation? My teacher said
translation is how we can make translate. When I grow up and come to this
department, I learn more both of them. Now, I know what is broadcast and
translation. I want to explain it what is broadcast and translation.
Many opinion and
source I found. First, my friend’s opinion about broadcast is how we can share
information each other. My lecture opinion, broadcast is a media given
information to the people. Then, Wikipedia said “broadcasting is a one-way
wireless transmission over radio waves intended to reach a wide audience.
Stations can be linked in radio networks to broadcast a common radio format,
either in broadcast syndication or simulcast or both”. Then, some opinion about broadcast from
library like;
• Broadcast
is the practice of creating audio and video program content and distributing it
to the mass audiences of radio, television and Internet media.
• .
Broadcasts usually are intended for recreation, enlightenment, education,
experimentation or emergency messaging
So, I think my definition about broadcast is given more
information to public by using media such as television, radio, and other. Now,
the broadcast has been famous job in the worlds. You can see from CCN, Metro
TV, Transcrop and other. Broadcast not only, but in radio famous too. You can
see too Radio gigsi, Radio Jam gadang, Radio Suara Kencana, and other. From
broadcast we can find much experience and know more information. We can get
much money from broadcast. From broadcast we can persuade, inform, describe,
and entertain people.
Component of radio broadcast is sound. Sounds are wade
energy cheeped in media elastic to ears. Third element from sounds, it is
pitched sound, high sound, and tone sounds. Characteristic of sounds is
pitched, high, and tone. Pitched is amplitude and boiler of sounds high sound
is frequency and tone is combine both of them.
A radio station created (sound) while a television station creates audio
and video. The audio or audio and video are packaged as program, which are
transmitted through the air as radio waves from a transmitter to an antenna to
a receiver. They also can be transmitted through computer networks locally and
internationally. Broadcast stations can be linked in networks to broadcast common
programming.
Well, I will give example scrip how to persuade someone or
people from media. Bukittinggi is the beautifully city because there are kind
of citizen and beautiful place. The air of bukittinggi is very cool and the
citizen of bukittinggi is very kinds. It makes bukittinggi so beautiful and the
best from the other city.There is nothing pollution, traffic jam, or snatchers.
Most of the foreign came to bukittinggi for wasting their time or to holiday. I
will tell you where the best place in bukittinggi is?Bukittinggi has many
favorite place like; Ngarai Sianok, Jam Gadang, and For de Kock.
First
of all, the best and beautiful place is Ngarai Sianok. Ngarai Sianok has many
beautiful view and beautiful place like Panorama, Lobang Jepang, and other.
Ngarai sianok have a river witch one connected to the other, like Guci River in
Koto gadang and Guntuang River in Palupuah. There are many birds you can find
like Jalak Birds, Perkutut Bird, and unfamiliar birds. Then, we can make camp
and feels The Black Night. Commonly, in New Year’s most of the adventure make a
camp there.
Second,
the best and beautiful place is Jam Gadang. Jam Gadang is a big bang with
unique building. Not only building, number of jam Gadang unique too. It can we
see in number 4. Number 4 in Rumania number it different from Jam Gadang
number. Jam Gadang have a park and sometime people rise in there. Jam Gadang is
symbol of hassle in West Sumatra Bukittinggi especially.
Third,
the beautiful place is For de Kock. For de Kock is castle of colonizer from
Holland. Now, For de Kock becomes tourism object and best place for dating in
Bukittinggi. For de Kock have a zoo and beautiful view. You can see all out
from Bukittinggi in the castle.
Price
of the tourism ticket it so cheap. Start from Rp5.000 – Rp 10.000.So, where is
the best place you want visited? Ngarai sianok, Jam Gadang or For de kock. Did
you decide it? Lets’ come to Bukittinggi.
From that scrip we can develop it becomes advertisement. So,
it can be income to our pocket. Then, the other example about broadcast is
news. Radio is given us actual news. I will show you a scrip about news. This
scrip “Gondariah beach is most popular in Pariaman because it is located in
center of Pariaman cities and also nearby train station. So when the people of
Padang go to Pariaman use train, they will stop in front of Gondariah beach. In
Gondariah beach we can find Nasi Sek. Nasi Sek almost same with usual rice but
the special of Nasi Sek is Sala Cumi”. We can share this information from radio
and most of people can understand with the information. From broadcast, many
kinds of information can we get it. A broadcaster must be creative, smart,
honestly, and integrity.
Journalism is component of broadcaster. TV media
professionals and programs will have their own way of dealing with production
roles. How a program works will reflect resources and preferences of the people
working on a program. This is a guide to how a team works like; story idea,
team decides to researcher an idea, and decision to go ahead with the story.
Now, I want to explain about translate. What translate is?
Translate is how to a translator translate sources text to be Indonesia langue
or the other way. Some of opinion from professional translates. There are act
of translating, removing, or transferring; removal; also, the state of being
translated or removed; as, the translation of Enoch; the translation of a
bishop.
In translate, a
translator need tools and more knowledge. The tool is dictionary and internet,
for knowledge they are need information and experience. A translation has to know punctuation,
grammar and common. What is punctuation? Punctuation is an important aid to
understanding sentences. It can be a guide, or marker for the location of
sentences. It can be a guide. The comma can be used to separate introductory,
beginning, or opening part of sentence. Sentences often begin with some type of
introductory, phrase, that connect what will be said in one sentences with what
has been already said in a previous sentences or it providers. Some back ground
information. Then, parenthetical use, the comma can be use to separate
additional information from the main part of the sentences.
Well, a translator can get more money but the job it very
sick, because we will translate many word, many book stack and wasting time. I
want to show you all about a scrip of translate and how so difficult and hard
it if you didn’t have knowledge about it. Can you imagine like what a
translator without knowledge and skills? It will be broken. This example text
of translate, lest see.
What is ethics?
At its simplest, ethics is a system of moral principles.
They affect how people make decisions and lead their lives.
Ethics is concerned with what is good for individuals and
society and is also described as moral philosophy.
The term is derived from the Greek word ethos which can mean
custom, habit, character or disposition.
Ethics covers the following dilemmas:

rights and responsibilities

language of right and wrong
• moral
decisions - what is good and bad?
Our concepts of ethics have been derived from religions,
philosophies and cultures. They infuse debates on topics like abortion, human
rights and professional conduct.
Approaches to ethics
Philosophers nowadays tend to divide ethical theories into
three areas: metaethics, normative ethics and applied ethics.
• Meta-ethics
deals with the nature of moral judgement. It looks at the origins and meaning
of ethical principles.
• Normative
ethics is concerned with the content of moral judgements and the criteria for
what is right or wrong.
• Applied
ethics looks at controversial topics like war, animal rights and capital
punishment
So, what the meaning from text if we do know about
translate. This some masters opinion

okay?"
"Whoa, hold on a second. I mean, the lessons are all
out of my head and I can't get it inside my head. The lessons are too difficult
for me," Polar Bear explained.
Panda grimaced to hear that.

Di sekolah akan ada ulangan. Panda terlihats ibuk sekali
belajar.Sementara beruang putih tenang-tenang saja.Bahkan, dia seperti
mengabaikan waktu yang diberikan pak Guru untuk belajar.
"Beru, kamu pasti sudah belajar, ya?Kamu sudah siap
ulangan?" usik Panda
Beruang putih tersenyum, "Yagitu deh, semua sudah di
luar kepala" katanya.
"Hebat!Nanti jangan lupa contekannya, ya."
"Eit, bentar-bentar.Maksudaku, di luar kepala itu nggak
bisa masuk kotak.Pelajarannya susah banget," jelas Beruang
putih.
Panda Langsung meringis.
2. Foreignization
adalah mentranslet suatu bahasa tanpa mengubah makna teks tersebut.
Makna :suatu kata yang tidak diartikan atau tidak
ditranslet.
Contoh :
Euphemisms are unpleasant truths wearing diplomatic
cologne.
Euphemisme adalah kebenaran yang tak menyenangkan dengan
memakai minyak colon diplomatis.
But this translation is not complete so we must get source
to be a good translate like what do you want. You are must know about your text
before translate it. Like; source information and gathering material. The most
important a good translator we must a more experience and read a load.
Like that a translation, we must have a knowledge and
creative thing. So, which want you choice both of them? Broadcast or
Translation. You decide it. I think that all about this article broadcast and
translation as long I know.
